Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and Unwashed: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains, odors, or alterations.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable).
- Within 7 Days: You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at returns@threadandtees.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Prepare the Package: Once your return is authorized, securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any documentation, and send it back to us using the return label we provide.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we offer exchanges in 7 days return window. Simply follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will send you the new item once we receive and inspect your returned item.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refunds
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@threadandtees.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by offering a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@threadandtees.com to cancel your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, our return and refund policy will apply.
